Brooke graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours. While studying, Brooke won the inaugural McCaw Lewis Corporate Law Scholarship and joined McCaw Lewis on the completion of her degree in 2005.

Brooke is a member of the Commercial Team advising clients in the following areas:

• Asset planning, including the creation of trusts, wills and powers of attorney
• Estate planning and administration
• Business transactions, sales and purchases
• Company law, including corporate structures, governance and financing
• Commercial property, including subdivisions and leasing arrangements
• Residential conveyancing and property matters

Brooke spent two years in London working for LexisNexis and Islington Law Centre. Based on her experience, Brooke aims to bring a practical approach to commercial transactions, tailored to the individual client.
