Aidan manages the firm's Māori legal work which comprises Waitangi Tribunal, Māori Land, Treaty settlement negotiations, dispute resolution and commercial/governance work. Aidan has qualifications and experience as an arbitrator and mediator with a particular interest in disputes involving Māori and Pacific Island issues. Aidan graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1998 and with a Master of Laws degree in April 2000. He joined the firm in 2000, and became a Partner in 2008. Aidan resides part time in Samoa where his wife and three children live and continues to play an active role in the Samoa Law Society CLE committee.
