Megan is an Associate in the Commercial Team, with a focus on elder law and asset planning matters.  Her specialist areas include:

• Estate administration including applications for probate and letters of administration in the High Court
• Asset planning including trusts, wills and enduring powers of attorney
• Retirement village transactions
• Residential care rules
• Equity release mortgages

Megan is a trustee of the Gemini Trust (a charitable trust) and is a Citizens Advice Bureau volunteer.

Megan graduated from Victoria University in 1979 and joined McCaw Lewis in 1987.
