Neil is a member of the Commercial Team, and specialises in agribusiness and rural law including:

• Rural conveyancing
• Farm leases
• Limited partnerships
• Asset planning and protection for rural clients
• Farm disputes
• Equity syndicates
• Forestry rights
• Emissions trading scheme as it relates to agriculture

Neil has presented national seminars and written a number of articles in these areas.

Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Neil worked in the dairy industry as a dairy farmer and as a field representative for the New Zealand Dairy Group.  Neil’s practical experience means that he can provide practical “on farm” advice solutions.

Neil has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Waikato and a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture) from Lincoln University.
