Daniel provides dispute resolution advice in a range of civil litigation areas including:

• Insurance law

Daniel joined McCaw Lewis as a law clerk in November 2004 after spending five months studying at the Copenhagen Law School. Daniel graduated from the University of Waikato in 2006 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in Strategic Management.  He was also admitted in 2006.

Daniel believes in a strategic approach to dispute resolution and provides pragmatic advice based on a full understanding of a client’s objectives.
