Shannan is part of the Property Team at McCaw Lewis. She works on a range of property and environmental matters including:

• Residential property transactions
• Commercial property transactions
• Subdivisions
• Unit titles
• Leases
• Land ownership structures
• Resource management and other environmental issues

Prior to joining McCaw Lewis, Shannan worked for a large Auckland firm as part of the Environment and Resource Management Law Team. She uses these skills to add value to development projects, transactions and advice. She has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Resource and Environmental Planning in addition to her law degree.

Shannan is a member of the Property Law Section of the NZ Law Society and the Resource Management Law Association.

Shannan is of Te Whānau-ā-Apanui descent.
