Jen McQuilkin

Accounts & Office Administration

Jen McQuilkin is a valued member of the Administration Team, providing key support across both the Te Kūiti and Hamilton offices. In her role, Jen manages trust transactions for the Te Kūiti office while also supporting the Hamilton accounts team, helping to ensure financial processes run smoothly and efficiently across the firm.

Her responsibilities include overseeing deeds management, processing quarterly interest, maintaining accurate file management systems, and assisting with invoicing and client accounts. Jen also manages debtor accounts and supports the firm’s AML compliance requirements. In addition, she provides notary services and assists with a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the firm.

Jen particularly enjoys the collaborative nature of her role and values working alongside a supportive team across the firm. She appreciates the variety in her work and takes pride in playing her part in helping clients navigate important moments in their lives, contributing to the delivery of the best possible service and outcomes.
