We acknowledge and celebrate an important leadership transition at McCaw Lewis.

After six years of dedicated service as Executive Director, Renika Siciliano will be transitioning from the role. We are incredibly grateful for Renika’s leadership, commitment, and significant contribution to our firm. Her guidance has helped shape who we are today, and the impact she has made on McCaw Lewis will be felt for many years to come. We sincerely thank Renika for her service and the lasting impact she leaves behind.

We are delighted to announce that Amanda Bedford has been appointed as our new Executive Director, effective 1 October. As an integral member of our Director team, Amanda brings a deep understanding of our organisation, our people, and our vision for the future. We are excited to see Amanda lead us into this next chapter and continue building on the strong foundations already in place.
