About the Role

We are looking for an Office Administrator to support the firm’s commercial, property and asset planning teams (CPA) alongside their Executive Assistants. The role focuses on providing administrative support, helping to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. This includes assisting with opening and closing client files, completing general file administration and occasionally assist with billing. The Office Administrator will also work closely with their teams to support workflow and client service delivery.

The role requires competency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to quickly grasp new online processes, and particular our legal document management software.  We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and easy-going demeanour, with a passion for excellence and an eye for detail.
