Meg is the Executive Assistant to Directors, Dale Thomas and Laura Monahan, and provides administrative support to the Property and Commercial Team. She joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2019.

She is known for her organisational skills and detail-focus, ensuring the team runs smoothly with a supportive attitude. Her key strengths include strong client-focus, adaptability, and professional warmth. She is often heard before she is seen, with her loud laughter frequently heard across the office.
Meg finds genuine joy in working with the Property and Commercial Team, noting their supportive culture, teamwork, and energetic vibe that makes coming to work enjoyable. She enjoys assisting with a wide range of matters—whether residential, commercial, rural, or unique—and finds the work rewarding by helping clients navigate their exciting journey with care and confidence.
Outside of work, Meg loves spending time with her grandchildren—who keep life fun and busy—and her bulldog. She finds relaxation at the beach, enjoys fishing, and simply taking time to unwind. She is motivated by watching her grandchildren grow and by helping people feel supported and confident during stressful moments like buying or selling property.
