About
Natalie is an Associate in our Asset Planning Team.
Natalie believes in working with clients to achieve what is best for them in their particular circumstances, giving sound and well considered legal advice. She is known for her exceptional ability to put clients as ease and think laterally when it comes to working through the details.
Natalie works with private clients and their other trusted advisors including accountants and financial advisors to ensure that her clients’ legal affairs are in order and aligned with their wishes and objectives. She is experienced in a variety of Asset Planning matters, with specialist knowledge on trusts and all areas of elder law.
Along with her expertise in asset planning law, Natalie has a background in property which helps her when projects and matters call for a multi-disciplinary approach.
Natalie has presented on the Trusts Act 2019 to various clients and colleagues in other professional industries, giving guidance to some of the many New Zealanders who are impacted by the legislative changes for trusts. She has also presented to Emerge – the Waikato Chamber of Commerce young professionals network - on the importance of relationship property agreements, wills, and understanding personal legal affairs.
Natalie is passionate about travel and music. She loves to combine her love of history by visiting places of historical significance when she travels. She is also currently involved in leading a music team at her church.
Natalie joined McCaw Lewis in 2018 and was appointed to the role of Associate in 2021.
