Glenn has significant senior executive experience covering strategic, commercial and operational aspects of the business. Glenn joined the firm having worked in various industries and roles across both SME’s and large corporates. His accounting/commercial background as well as operational experience has given him a unique perspective on how a business operates and what excellence looks like.
Glenn has a collaborative approach, with a focus on enabling every individual to succeed, creating a values-based culture and leading the firm’s strategic direction. He was named as a finalist for Law Firm Leader of the Year (<100 lawyers) in 2023 at the NZ Law Awards.
Glenn is married to Vanessa, and they have two daughters Olivia and Sophie. They lead a busy life outside of work, managing a lifestyle block where their daughters participate in showjumping with horses. When not at work or working on the property Glenn can be found out running.
Glenn joined McCaw Lewis in 2019 and was appointed as Chief Executive in 2022.
