McCaw Lewis Foundation

The McCaw Lewis Foundation was established in 2017, with a focus on manaakitanga and delivering support where it’s really needed. Recent causes include the Dress for Success clothing drive, which collects donated workwear for job seekers, and Gumboot Friday, an initiative to raise money for kids’ mental health.

Northern Districts Cricket

Our premier sponsorship is with the Northern Districts (ND) Cricket Association for the 2020/2021 domestic cricket season, and we're also their official law firm. ND are also the first cricket association to launch a Māori cricket team, and we're proud to be sponsors of this team.

University of Waikato Faculty of Law (Te Piringa)

Our long-standing and close relationship with the University of Waikato reflects our commitment to supporting and developing future generations of lawyers. Our lawyers teach papers at the Faculty of Law and we also sponsor and support faculty competitions (e.g. mock trials). We also write articles for the Waikato Law Review and employ students as clerks in the firm over the summer to gain work experience.
