Cree is a member of our Kahurangi Team and Workplace Law Team.
Cree is heavily invoved in representing clients in Waitangi Trubunal proceedings and advising on takutai moana matters in the High Court and Crown engagement. He has a sound knowledge of the Crown engagement process and milestones. Cree can assist clients with their employment queries, from drafting employment agreements to working through personal grievances and disputes.
Cree strives to stand by the whakataukī: Whāia te iti kahurangi, pursuing the highest principle of excellence. Cree aims for excellence in all areas of his mahi by utilising the skills and knowledge he has learnt to help others.
Cree joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Solicitor in 2023.
