Gina is Executive Assistant to Executive Director, Renika Siciliano and provides support to the Kahurangi team. 

Gina prides herself on her integrity and attention to detail, always aiming to bring manaakitanga and excellence to all areas of her work.

Prior to joining McCaw Lewis, Gina was involved in the area of intellectual property law, particularly patents. She has experience with both drafting and the patent prosecution process. Gina holds a Diploma in Law, and during her study at The University of Waikato she received the Evans Bailey Award for Jurisprudence.

In her previous career as a practising optometrist, Gina was part of eyecare aid teams to Nepal, Samoa and Tonga.

Outside of work, Gina is passionate about travel and history. Among her favourite adventures were trips to Rajasthan and Cairo with her three children.

Gina started with the McCaw Lewis team in 2022.
