A Warm Welcome to Chantelle Tyler
We are very pleased to introduce you to Chantelle Tyler. Chantelle joined McCaw Lewis in November 2018 as a Summer Law Clerk and she has now come on board permanently, working in the Workplace Law Team. Chantelle graduated from the University of Waikato - Te Piringa Faculty of Law last month and will be admitted to the bar in 2020.Chantelle believes in finding practical solutions for clients and relaying the law in its simplest form.

On Saturday, 12 October, we celebrated our 100th year serving the Waikato with a beautiful dinner at Zealong Tea Estate. It was wonderful to raise a glass with our former and current leaders of the firm, together with representatives of the community we are so proud to serve.
Launch of '100 - Kotahi Rau - The McCaw Lewis Story 1919-2019'
On Friday, 11 October, the McCaw Lewis whānau launched '100 - Kotahi Rau - The McCaw Lewis Story 1919-2019'. The book celebrates the history of the firm and its people through the last 100 years, and looks to the future as we enter the next 100. The event was attended by current McCaw Lewis staff and former partners, along with the author of the book, Kingsley Field and others who put so much mahi into its creation.

The McCaw Lewis whānau would like to congratulate Melissa Gibson on her appointment as CEO of the Len Reynolds Trust, and it is with great aroha we announce she will be moving on from her role as a Director of McCaw Lewis. Melissa has been part of the McCaw Lewis team since joining as a Law Clerk in 2007. In 2015 she became a Director, leading the Asset Planning team. Melissa has made a significant contribution to the firm, with her passion for the wider community and giving back being a hallmark of her time with us.
