The sun was shining on the courts of the Waikato Tennis Centre during the Waikato Tennis Open-Graded Tournament on Sunday 31 January, sponsored by McCaw Lewis. Players battled the heat, and their opposition, across various grades.

McCaw Lewis and Northern Districts Cricket have signed a two-year agreement with the Northern Māori program and the women’s game a key focus.

The McCaw Lewis Directors are delighted to announce that Renika Siciliano has been appointed as Executive Director of the firm from 1 October 2020. Renika leads the firm's Workplace Law Team and co-leads the Māori Legal Team. She is the youngest appointed leader of the McCaw Lewis Board of Directors to date, and the first Māori woman.

We were proud to sponsor the Kaupapa Māori Moot Finals at The Faculty of Law – Te Piringa last week. The Competition gives tauira Māori the opportunity to moot on a relevant Māori legal issue and competitors can moot in either English or Te Reo Māori.

During Covid-19 alert level 2 our premises will be open for essential face-to-face client meetings. However, meetings must be by appointment and if the meeting can be held over audio-visual link that is still our preferred option.
