Sarisa Vuletich

Sarisa Vuletich is a Law Clerk at McCaw Lewis, specialising in asset planning. Currently in the penultimate year of her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) studies, Sarisa brings a client-centred approach to her work, valuing the importance of establishing relationships and understanding each client’s needs. She enjoys providing practical solutions, particularly in matters relating to wills, and is known for her strong attention to detail and research skills. Driven by a passion for helping others, Sarisa is committed to making a positive impact through her legal practice.

Outside of work, Sarisa enjoys drumming as a creative outlet and spending quality time with friends and family. She is actively involved in the community, volunteering with Community Law Waikato, and has earned a Silver Award from the Student Volunteer Army for contributing over 250 hours of service.

Tamsyn Coe

Tamsyn Coe is a Law Clerk at McCaw Lewis, specialising in dispute resolution. She recently completed her third year of an LLB(Hons) at the University of Waikato and brings a keen interest in assisting clients through a wide range of disputes. Tamsyn enjoys the variety of work within the Dispute Resolution team and values the opportunities to continually learn and grow as she helps clients navigate complex issues.

Outside of work, Tamsyn enjoys spending time at Lake Taupō with her friends, family, and her dog, as well as participating in outdoor activities and enjoying quality time with loved ones.

Tawera Marsh

Tawera works in our Kahurangi and Workplace Law Teams supporting clients across those kaupapa that are of most significance to them.

Tawera is currently completing his legal studies at the University of Waikato, Te Piringa Faculty of Law and will graduate in late 2026.

Throughout his studies, Tawera has held significant leadership roles, serving as Co-Tumuaki of Te Whakahiapo (Waikato Māori Law Students’ Association) and Co-Tumuaki of Tūmatakahuki (National Māori Law Students’ Association).  These roles have provided a platform for him to advocate for tauira Māori, uplift Māori presence within te ao ture, and support the development of Māori leadership across Aotearoa.

A highlight of Tawera’s journey includes being selected by Māori ki Waikato to participate in an Indigenous exchange to Canada – an experience that strengthened international Indigenous connections and deepened his dedication to advocacy for future generations.

Outside of study and mahi, Tawera enjoys spending time with his best friends and whānau, travelling, beach trips, shopping, and creating memories with the people he loves. He maintains his wellbeing through Te Whare Tapa Whā, regularly checking in with his hinengaro, tinana, wairua, and whānau to support balance in both his personal and professional life.

Tawera began working with McCaw Lewis in November 2025.

Kerri Schofield

Kerri is a Senior Legal Executive of our Property Team.

Kerri qualified as a Legal Executive in 2008 and was appointed a Fellow of Legal Executives New Zealand in 2023. Prior to working at McCaw Lewis, she specialised in rural and residential conveyancing.

Kerri’s approach to working with clients is friendly and willing to help. She believes in getting to know her clients so she can provide practical, individual advice personalized for their needs. Her primary strengths are her ability to problem-solve and effectively de-escalate stressful situations that can arise during property transactions. She enjoys all aspects of her work, particularly helping a variety of clients including first home buyers, home sellers, and those involved in refinancing, rural transactions, and subdivisions.

Kerri was inspired to pursue a career as a Legal Executive after seeing how busy and crucial the role was in a law firm. She wanted to be a part of that essential work, leading her to complete her papers.

Outside of the office, Kerri is motivated by setting goals to continually improve and be better. She prioritises spending time with her whānau, catching up with friends, hiking, reading, and going to the beach.

Kerri joined the firm in 2017 and was appointed to the role of Senior Legal Executive in 2018.

Danielle Cronin

Danielle is a member of our Asset Planning Team with significant experience across property and commercial law. Her approach is friendly, empathetic, and flexible, preferring direct, clear communication—often via phone call—to ensure clients feel supported.

Danielle is passionate about helping clients establish strong protective structures for their future, providing reassurance and clarity, particularly for elderly clients and their families during major life decisions. She specialises in retirement village matters (Occupation Right Agreements), as well as working with first-home buyers and complex conveyancing. Her strength lies in clearly communicating complicated legal processes.

She was appointed to the Legal Executives New Zealand Auckland/Waikato Committee in 2020 and received a Rotary Youth Leadership Award in 2013.

Outside of the office, Danielle is a dedicated wife and mother to two young girls, balancing her career with family life by working part-time. She is an avid traveller, enjoys keeping active through the gym and netball, and loves time spent at the beach.

Danielle joined the firm in 2011 and was promoted to the role of Senior Legal Executive in 2020.

Shae Belk

Shae is a dedicated member of the property team, assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in real estate. With a long-standing interest in the property sector, Shae joined the firm to help people achieve their goals through high-quality, reliable service.

Shae particularly enjoys working with first-home buyers. Recognizing that purchasing a first home is a major life milestone, Shae’s priority is to make the legal process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Tia Allen

Tia is a Legal Assistant on our Property Team.

Tia brings a positive, approachable, and eager-to-learn approach to her role as a Legal Assistant. She enjoys finding practical solutions for clients and colleagues alike, finding ways to have fun amidst the stress of work.

Tia enjoys problem-solving and connecting with people—both clients and the wider team. She is constantly learning about the property industry. Tia particularly enjoys assisting trust clients and helping individuals sell their property to fund new life adventures. Her enthusiasm for supporting clients and the wider team is one of her key strengths.

Tia pursued a career in law looking for a change from her previous role as a teacher aide. When the opportunity to become a Legal Assistant arose, she was excited with the chance to learn more about property and property law. She is proud of becoming part of the firm and the team despite having no prior experience in the legal industry.

Tia is motivated and inspired by her whānau and her strong Māori heritage. Her mother, a strong business woman, is a key inspiration. Outside of work, Tia maintains balance by spending time with her whānau, travelling with her partner, and catching up with friends, often visiting her whānau in Auckland.

Tia joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2025.

Olivia Carter


Olivia is part of the Administration Team and serves as the firm’s Operations Manager. With over 25 years of experience in the legal industry, she brings extensive knowledge of financial systems, administration, and IT skills. Olivia enjoys the variety of work and the challenges her dynamic role offers, noting that there is never a dull moment.

Olivia’s approach is defined by her belief in fostering a positive team environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to contribute their best. She is detail-oriented and organised, but also recognises the importance of innovation and continuous learning, always looking for opportunities to make work more effective and rewarding. Her strengths include a blend of strategic thinking, helpful communication, and a strong commitment to teamwork, enabling her to plan, organise, and prioritise work to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. She is particularly proud of her career progression, advancing from an Office Junior to her current management role.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys going to the gym, socialising with friends, and spending quality time with her whānau.

Olivia joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2020.

Tasha Burton

Tasha is Executive Assistant to Director, Kylee Katipo and provides support to our Kahurangi team.

Tasha is a cornerstone of the McCaw Lewis whānau, having been with the firm for 21 years. She brings a quiet, calm, and methodical approach to her work, ensuring that even the most complex tasks are handled with precision.

Throughout her tenure, Tasha has built deep relationships and a high level of trust with our Kahurangi Team clients. She is a loyal and trusted team member with a passion for excellence and an unwavering attention to detail. In her interactions with both colleagues and clients, she consistently demonstrates manaakitanga, ensuring everyone feels supported and respected. Tasha has also developed specialist skills in managing relationships with third parties, such as the Ministry of Justice.

Tasha’s interest in the legal profession began during her OE in England, where she first worked in a law firm and discovered her passion for the industry. Today, she is motivated by the daily challenges her role brings. She finds satisfaction in working within such a supportive team where every day offers something new.

Outside of the office, Tasha enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Cheyenne Ngahere

Cheyenne is the Executive Assistant to Directors, Amanda Bedford and Phil Harris, and provides support to the wider Asset Planning Team.

She joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2021.

Cheyenne’s approach to work is focused on being highly organised. Her key strengths include prioritising work efficiently and being adaptable to change. She manages her time effectively to provide consistent and strong support to her team, which is what she enjoys most about her role.
