Meg is the Executive Assistant to Directors, Dale Thomas and Laura Monahan, and provides administrative support to the Property and Commercial Team. She joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2019.

She enjoys assisting with a wide range of matters—whether residential, commercial, rural, or unique—and finds the work rewarding by helping clients navigate their exciting journey with care and confidence.
Outside of work, Meg loves spending time with her grandchildren—who keep life fun and busy—and her bulldog. She finds relaxation at the beach, enjoys fishing, and simply taking time to unwind. She is motivated by watching her grandchildren grow and by helping people feel supported and confident during stressful moments like buying or selling property.
Helen Williams is the Executive Assistant to Renika Siciliano and the wider Kahurangi team. She provides dedicated support to the team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm.
Holding a Bachelor of Management Studies, Helen brings an organised, methodical approach and a strong attention to detail to her role. She enjoys the variety her work offers and takes pride in being reliable, thorough, and proactive.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys baking and creating, spending time with her dog, and catching up with friends. She is motivated by her children and is inspired by the desire to make them as proud of her as she is of them.
Pip is a long-standing member of the Administration Team, having joined McCaw Lewis in 2002. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience supporting the firm’s financial and administrative functions, with responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and deeds management.
Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Pip plays an important role in ensuring these key processes run smoothly and efficiently. Her many years with the firm reflect her strong commitment to the team and the work she does.
Outside of work, Pip enjoys keeping active by going to the gym, walking her dog, and learning how to play golf.
Toni Watson is a valued member of the Administration Team and a part of the McCaw Lewis whānau. With more than ten years of experience in the legal industry, Toni brings strong knowledge and attention to detail to her role within the firm.
Toni is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s Trust Account, ensuring the accurate and compliant handling of client funds. Her role also includes completing Companies Office annual returns, managing office bank and credit card reconciliations, and overseeing the annual practising certificate renewal process for the firm’s lawyers.
Through her work, Toni plays an important role in supporting the firm’s financial and regulatory responsibilities, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and in accordance with professional standards.
Madison is a member of the Administration Team, having joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2025.
She approaches her work with a strong balance of organisation, initiative, and collaboration. Madison excels at time management, allowing her to juggle multiple tasks, maintain clear priorities, and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. She appreciates the varied and fast-paced nature of her role and is motivated by being part of a team that makes a real difference for people.
Madison is driven by continuous personal growth and the things that bring her balance and joy. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, taking outdoor walks, spending time with friends and family, and visiting the beach.
Stevie-Rae is a member of the Administration Team, having joined the McCaw Lewis whānau in 2023.
In her role as AML Administrator, Stevie-Rae thoroughly enjoys meeting new people, networking with staff from external companies, and especially organising events. Recognising the busy nature of the firm, she makes an effort to ensure colleagues smile and have a laugh, contributing to a positive and enjoyable work environment.
Outside of work, Stevie-Rae is a dedicated māmā. She is involved in multiple sports, with a particular passion for Touch Rugby. Her involvement extends to leadership, as she serves as the Treasurer for the Waikato Touch Association and has had the opportunity to travel the world through sport. Her friends and whānau keep her grounded and focused on the “big picture” of being happy and healthy.
Kiara is a member of the Administration team, having joined McCaw Lewis in 2025.
Her approach to work is a mix of logical structure and cooperative collaboration, driven by a keen interest in the human dynamics of the workforce. She values the opportunity to work with a variety of different people and enjoys that no two days are the same, providing continuous opportunities for learning.
Kiara’s strengths lie in her ability to be an empathic and insightful listener, enabling her to understand various perspectives and facilitate problem-solving effectively. Her interest in working with people was sparked during her university studies, where she developed a strong interest in Human Resources.
Outside of the office, Kiara maintains balance by keeping her personal calendar busy with goals and events, reminding her that life isn’t one-dimensional. She is dedicated to fitness, starting most mornings at the gym and running, and proudly completed her first marathon last year. She is motivated by her family’s accomplishments and support. She also enjoys being social, often catching up with friends over coffee or a cocktail.
Jorja completed a marketing internship at McCaw Lewis before stepping into a dual role, working across reception and as a Marketing Assistant. She contributes to a variety of projects across the firm, most recently supporting the launch of the new website.
Jorja is committed to producing work of the highest standard and has embraced the learning opportunities her first year has offered. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, cooking and baking, and spending time at the beach.
